Health Insurance
On your first day of employment with Aspen Medical
Staffing you will be eligible for a health benefits
package that covers doctor, specialist, emergency
room, hospital, vision, and urgent care visits as
well as prescription drug purchases. There's also
optional insurance for dental. If insurance is
elected, Aspen Medical Staffing will cover the cost
of an employee only plan.
401(K) Retirement Plan
Aspen Medical Staffing travelers are eligible to
participate in our generous 401(K) retirement plan
after six months of consecutive employment. This
program includes matching employer contributions
dollar for dollar up to 3% of annual gross income
and an additional .50 for each dollar up to an
additional 2% of annual gross income. This is the
equivalent of a maximum contribution of 4% of your
gross pay.
Life Insurance
During the course of your employment, Aspen Medical Staffing healthcare professionals are provided with $ 15,000 of Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance coverage free of charge.
Referral Bonus
Aspen Medical Staffing likes to reward Travelers who
recommend other Travelers to us. You have the
opportunity to earn income for life by recruiting
other healthcare staff to Aspen Medical Staffing. If
you are an active Traveler with Aspen Medical
Staffing, the company will pay you $ 500 for every
completed assignment that your referral works. If
you are inactive, you will receive $ 250 for every
completed assignment that your referral works. The
referral bonus will be paid upon the completion of

Housing
There are standard types of accommodations that
Aspen Medical Staffing provides its Travelers. Most
travelers generally stay in either an extended stay
or in apartments if their assignment is 13 weeks or
longer. All of the housing accommodations provide by
Aspen Medical Staffing is private and provided at no
cost to the Traveler. Should you choose to travel
with another Aspen Medical Staffing traveler, we can
accommodate shared housing. Please inform your
recruiter if this is your preference.
Travel
In most cases Aspen Medical Staffing will provide
you with a generous travel reimbursement typically
between $500 per assignment. In order to make
your new assignment with us as stress free as
possible our travel department is able to make most
of your travel arrangements for you, including
booking flights, rental cars, and hotels. We focus
on making cost friendly travel arrangements on your
behalf.
Professional Certification Assistance and License Reimbursement
If you are traveling out of state and need to apply for another license, Aspen Medical Staffing will pay the license fee for you. Once you are accepted and confirmed at your new assignment, simply send in an expense report along with your receipt, and you will be reimbursed at the end of your assignment.
Free CEU Hours
Aspen Medical Staffing also offers FREE CEU hours for our nurses. Over 500 on-line classes are available. Ask your Recruiter for more information.
